Billy Zane American, b. 1966

Biography

“Beautiful accidents.”

Billy Zane is an American artist whose paintings, drawings, and photography have been shown in Los Angeles, London, Budapest, Milan, and Miami. He is also widely known for film and television roles.

He began painting during the seven-month shoot of Titanic (1997) and has since set up makeshift studios on film locations, using local materials. His abstract expressionist paintings juxtapose kinetic application with balanced color under self-imposed limits of time and resources. He is presented by The Wall Art Gallery, Miami.
