The artwork has been commissioned by an art collector with a love of my dance themed ballerina paintings. This coconut charcoal, acrylic and oil painting on fine art rolled canvas is an expression of life through thought, emotion with fine art realism, expressionism and abstract styles. Coconut charcoal provides the representational structure for the ballet dancer, using a unique and also made up technique with paint brushes. A wild mix of acrylic red and pink hue colours are splashed for an expressive effect for both movement and emotion in what is referred to as a unique creation in ‘Motusrealism’. Oil paint in white throughout for highlights and extra realism.
The limited edition consists of 25 prints total, across all sizes. Hand embellished sections are painted by Ashvin himself. Artwork ships rolled, with 1.5-inch (4 cm) mirrored edges beyond the artwork size (gallery wrap) so the image continues on the sides of the stretcher, ready to stretch. Each print is shipped rolled in a protective tube, with complimentary shipping worldwide. If you'd like your piece stretched and framed, we can do it for you and ship it ready to hang, for an additional fee. Just ask us for a quote. We also offer pickup at our Wynwood gallery in Miami. Delivery takes 1–3 weeks, depending on destination. Prices increase every 10 editions sold. Certificate of authenticity provided.
